As a leader in high-throughput screening (HTS) services, First Flight Biosciences offers high-quality assay development and customized biochemical, cell-based, and high content screening services in both 96 and 384-well formats. Our State of the Art screening platform is capable of producing 50,000 data points per day for primary screening. In addition to the clients own libraries, our proprietary diversified TCM-based natural product library with over 10,000 HPLC fractionated samples could be utilized for HTS screening.

The fully implemented HTS process and operation, including QCs for all critical steps, will strictly meet the industrial standards upon the requirements of our clients. Information tracking and data storage/delivery system secure all of the outputs. A typical HTS project starts with the adaptation of the assay into a high-throughput format, and then is followed by a pilot screen of a set of reference compounds, primary screen, hit analysis, hit confirmation, IC50 determination, and SAR analysis subsequentially. All data can be reviewed in real-time by clients and will be put in a final comprehensive report to our clients.
